Seems to be the same issue as a few updates ago, whenever I try to add the plugin it says the game must be on version 1.22 (it is), and then instead of restarting simply refreshes the HENkaku loading thing.

You must have the plugin installed. The plugin is SUPRX, so you don't need to restart your PSVita.
