BUG: dp generate-project can't access /project_generation/content/templates/generic/README.md.tmpl

Steps to replicate:

1. clone dp-cli outside of $GOPATH
2. customised config.yml
3. export AWS_PROFILE=dp-sandbox
4. dp generate-project
5. answer expected prompts on name, type[1], description, img version, port

Error:

panic: open /private/tmp/dp-cli-20231130-21149-2abc4c/dp-cli-0.46.0/project_generation/content/templates/generic/README.md.tmpl: no such file or directory

but .github and .gomod and empty README.MD are created
