Eliminate repeatable property

As much as I would like to see repeatable fields (rather than just repeatable groups) in eForms, if it is indeed certain that they will not be available, the "repeatable" property should be removed from fields.json. Currently, it is set to "false" in every case.

My suggestion is therefore to remove this property in SDK 2.0.
