Translations in Codelists

In my opinion, it is unnecessary to include the translations of the code values in both the translation file (code_xx.xml) and the code lists themselves (.gc files). To simplify the SDK and make it easier to understand, the labels should be removed from the code list file. Maybe in SDK 2.0

Initially we used our own gc files for export / edition / (re)import on our side for non official code lists (those that are not on EU Voc yet) so this nicely packages everything in one file.
We moved from gc to skos on our side (pre-sdk export) some years ago but we still export gc for compatibility on the SDK side.
Maybe that is something we could consider for SDK2 or SDK3. It would have a big impact on some e-sender applications as it would force to load the labels.
One advantage is that it would make the SDK lighter and maybe simpler as this is some kind of exception, as said the big disadvantage would be breaking backward compatibility. Just making the SDK lighter is not our priority but the idea is interesting in terms of simplification or removing duplication.
