Execution time missing

Currently, when the query is executed, it does not show how much time was taken for the query to run and retrieve the results. Users cannot compare the run times to optimize the queries. Users have to manually find out the run time. This is not practical.
Also, while the query is running, there is no timer that shows the seconds the query has been running.

Fixed in commit 3addc2d. The progress bar now shows a running timer (seconds) during query execution, and displays the total elapsed time after completion.
