Assess the possibility of integrating ePO tools in the Open Data app

Originated from #43, which suggested adding a "supporting tools" tab linking to the ePO ontology documentation and epo-tools.

Assess whether and how the ePO tools (ontology HTML reports, epo-tools utilities) could be integrated into the TED Open Data application, beyond a simple external link.

The tool is obsolete after the improvements of the open data explorer and it's integration into the open data portal.
