change RFT plots to enable correlation plot on RFTs

currently it is not possible to ask for correlation plot on RFTs.

this is a major shortcoming and one of the first steps in HM is to match the RFTs and it is essential to know which parameters are important in RFTS.

if a change (internal) is needed to enable such functionality it is therefor very important to perform it.
