Previously, checks were separated depending on (bool) gridHasBeenGlobalRefined or (bool) lgrHasBlockShape due to an inconsistency in CpGrid::globalCell() handling between different refinement methods. Since this inconsistency has been fixed, the separation is no longer required and the checks can be unified.
