[Feat] wxGUI/history: Saving Region from the History Pane

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I want to store the region used when I was running a history command.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
If the Region name is set to "Not set," a "Save Region" button will be active, allowing users to save the region from the History pane. Once saved, the stored name will be displayed in the History Command Info.
