Don't reload the WIM for each index, just load the once and then switch between indexes as needed.
This is to try to prevent an overly-long filename, it adds "-multi" to distinguish these files
* Missing readme.txt on placeholder ISO-9660 * WIM XML doesn't contain description

I can't remember everything I wanted to do, but I think this covers most and includes a number of nice fixes to include in here. Let me know if there's something I've missed. |

Some of these are rather opinionated and happy to exclude from this branch.
Not yet ready to merge because there's some bugs and regressions that I'm aware of that need fixing first.
