Translate Website App 3.0 to Russian

We need to translate the website app 3.0 version from English to Russian. Most of the text can be reused from 2.2, but please note that some cards as changed and that we are now using ASVS 5.0 not ASVS 4.0

I have updated the translation based on the changes between webapp-cards-2.2-en.yaml and webapp-cards-3.0-en.yaml. Additionally, I corrected several typos and ensured the term 'session' is translated consistently throughout the document
