In this PR;

• I've updated rounding and encalsulate process in a class.
• No speed improvement (around 6-8 mins on my laptop, and still working on it)

I've had to resolve a merge conflict because I changed your code to use the baseline/Common/baseline.common.pas unit that has the official rounding functions.

I've done this for all the entries that had a version of the old ones.
