Merge duplicate pages, retire project-history pages
Executes the approved triage proposals:
- MONDAINE/Vesta cluster retired; one archive sentence remains on
Projects.md, Vesta-Model.md is the single Vesta landing page.
- WMS-Support merged into Background-layer (zoom tip, image formats);
Webmapping and Looproutes folded into Social-Domain; Polygon-
Convolution note moved to Convolution; Clean-up-support moved into
the GUI User Guide as 'code analysis' (feature verified present in
the current Qt GUI); GeoDms-Setups merged into Older-versions.
- GeoDMSVersion.md is now the single page for the version functions;
the three copy-paste pages are gone. boost-polygon.md now covers
both Boost libraries; boost-geometry links retargeted.
- Tests, Tile-By-Tile-Heuristic and GDAL-update-issues rewritten
without era-bound content; GDAL limitations verified against the
current source (fixed items dropped).
- Unreliable 'since 7.202' claims removed from four geos_* pages.
- BRK-Extract and GIT-or-Subversion pages removed.

Add missing reference pages, verified against the GeoDMS source
New pages: Geos (overview of the geos_* family), PostGis (gdal.vect
based reading, replaces an unlinked draft in a subfolder), Discrete
Allocation (concept page), Potential variants, CanBeDomainUnit,
split_union_polygon (historical, renamed since v20), modus_count and
impedance_matrix_od64. Operator inventories, semantics and naming were
checked against C:/Dev/GeoDMS_2026 (BoostPolygon.cpp, OperPot.cpp,
DiscrAlloc.cpp, Dijkstra.cpp, gdal_vect.cpp a.o.); family pages now
link the new pages.
