#1281 pareto_optimal: the non-dominated elements per partition by a sort and a sweep
New page pareto_optimal.md: syntax, the weak-dominance rule with first-of-duplicates, the null rule, the
relation to the pareto option of impedance_matrix, since 20.21.0, an example table. Linked from
Relational-functions.md (beside the join_equal_values family it replaces for this purpose), from the see-also of
Join_equal_values.md, and from the pareto section of Impedance-options.md. The page is not in nav/geodms.md of
the converter yet.

Add Spatial joins and allocation: the matching functions as joins, and the road from a database to an allocation model
A new page that connects the functions which match two domain units the way a JOIN does in SQL: join_equal_values and rlookup on a given key; the pair-producing spatial pre-selections (join_near_values, connect_matrix / dist_matrix, point_in_all_polygons, geos_overlay_polygon, impedance_matrix) as inner joins; connect, connect_info, point_in_polygon, impedance_table, capacitated_connect and discrete_alloc as left joins that already chose one match per row; and how a pair domain aggregates into a relation but not back. The last section traces, in five steps, how a customer-order-product database differs from a spatial interaction or allocation model: the join table is recorded there, and derived, chosen, distributed and finally optimised under competing claims here.
Spatial-join now opens with a sentence (it opened with a code block, which loses the search snippet) and names itself as the Cartesian-product form. Reverse links on How-To-Model, Relational-model-versus-Semantic-arrays, the Relational, Network, Allocation and point-polygon hubs, and the see-also of join_equal_values, join_near_values, connect_matrix, geos_overlay_polygon and impedance_matrix.
The page is not in the geodms.nl menu until nav/geodms.md in GeoDmsWikiToStaticHtml lists it.

join_equal_values: the values unit of the join key no longer needs a limited range
Documents the current implementation (GeoDMS issue 1175):
- applies to: an integer-valued attribute, usually a relation to a domain unit,
instead of "a uint32 relation".
- conditions: dropped "must represent a valid domain X"; added that rows with an
undefined or out-of-range X do not participate in any combination.
- new implementation section: the direct slot array over the range of X versus the
index over the values that actually occur, and the rule that selects between them.
- performance: the cost of each variant, and that memory follows the number of
candidate values rather than the range of X.
- states the result row order (ascending X, then row number in A, then in B), which
both variants share.

Fix migration artifacts, typos and dead links across the wiki
Sweep of all 867 pages: MediaWiki-to-GitHub migration damage repaired
(wikilink artifacts, reversed link order, broken code blocks, image
links restored as embeds), 2200+ typo/grammar/dead-link fixes, and
remaining CalcCache references removed or marked version-historical.
Factual example errors corrected where unambiguous (a.o. Boundcenter,
Ge_or_rhs_null, Capacitated_connect, Dpoint, Modus).
