#1301 dms_minkowski_sum and _difference: convex kernels only and one sweep per element since 20.24.0; dms_buffer_multi_polygon (#1302) minkowski_sum gets the dms_ row in the backend table, how the dms_ backend now assembles the sum, and condition 7: since 20.24.0 dms_minkowski_sum and dms_minkowski_difference refuse 'XHV', 'XD' and a kernel polygon that is not convex, which a configuration that used them meets on the first run after upgrading, with what to use instead. minkowski_difference says the dms_ erosion no longer inverts within a box. The new page dms_buffer_multi_polygon (GEOS's arguments and point placement, segments per quarter circle) is linked from dms polygon operators, polygon operators, geos_buffer_multi_polygon and minkowski_sum; dms polygon operators no longer says there is no dms_ buffer.
