Add BAG documentation: verwerking, VolledigeBAG, statussen en voorraad Drie nieuwe paginas die beschrijven hoe de BAG wordt verwerkt (XML -> BAG-tools XML2FSS -> VolledigeTabel -> on-the-fly snapshots), hoe de VolledigeBAG-tabel wordt gemaakt, en welke statusvelden er zijn incl. de CBS-voorraaddefinitie.
