Add Function Execution Cost Estimate #55
Description
Add an endpoint for estimating cost.
For a given function / profile pair, as well as an input to the function, we should be able to estimate the final cost using historical data. Use the size of the input as well as the size of individual fields in the schema.
It should be a statistical range with confidence, lower and upper bounds.
