Corrected HAL blobs patches for .7.201 base
Reworked IMX966 (main) & IMX882 (tele) sensor patches, including:
- Ported xiaomi17ultra ADRC AEC EVCompTable and Convergence nodes
- Corrected out-of-bounds values for GTM/LTM switches in TMC (dunno what OPPO devs are smoking out there)
- Disabled ASF/ANR/HNR/ABF via new method (left older patches in case some modes aren't touched by autopatcher)
! v61.82 update doesn't include fx8u processing addon module, there is no ETA for any updates for it !
