V8SignalRDebugging debug got hanged

Hi,

First of all thank you for implementing debugger protocol in clearscript.
We are using this project in our application. script executes perfectly in debugger mode some times V8 engine will stop responding(won't write any response messages to stream). issue reported in clearscript discussion(http://clearscript.codeplex.com/discussions/649974).
