Added the most prominent features (snapshots, scheduling) as well as some minor changes to workflows and such to our changelog.
Only got to do a partial update of the docs as there are quite a lot of oudated images/ videos/ click demos but that would have to be done another time.
Hope the pics/ gifs work (I ripped them from LinkedIn so they are also not compressed), didn't get mintlify to run locally while on the train.
