What happened?
When configuring a Deployment Process using a Platform Hub Process Template with a Worker Pool Parameter, the parameter is not visible when setting up the step when only using the Default Worker Pool. This configuration is the only way to have the step run on the Octopus Server via the Default Worker Pool. Even though the parameter is not displayed, the Default Worker Pool will still be used during a deployment.

- Configure Platform Hub
- Create a new Process Template
- Add a
Run a Script step to the template
- Add a
Worker Pool parameter
- Configure the step to use this parameter
- Add the Process Template to a Deployment Process, and note the the
Worker Pool parameter does not display

N/A, despite the Worker Pool parameter not displaying, the Default Worker Pool will still be used as the execution location. You can also add a new Worker Pool, which will cause the parameter to display.
