I could reproduce the problem in the latest build

What happened?

The version shown in the Project Settings of a templated project won't stay up-to-date when navigating between project pages if new minor/patch versions are published which the project automatically accepts. A browser refresh is required.

Reproduction

1. Create and publish a project template
2. Create a templated project using this template
3. Open the Project Settings tab - note the version
4. Publish a new patch version
5. Navigate to any page in the project and then navigate back to the Project Settings - note the version hasn't changed

Release Note: Fix Project Template Version not auto-updating correctly on the Project Settings page in a templated project. This fix includes a breaking change which removes the ProjectTemplateDetails.Version property from ProjectResource. This only affects templated projects
