The Need

The creator of a Project Template should have the ability to enforce users of the template to abide by certain configurations. As a starting point we're adding support for configuring the Tenanted Mode in a Project Template, along with a new configuration Project Persistence which is intended to guide users to an expected storage mechanism for their project.

Solution

Add two new settings to Project Templates.
