Unavailable pages when project template is unshared

The enhancement

The Need

When a project template is unshared from a space, several pages on the templated project become non-functional or blocked:

• Process, Process Editor, Deployment Settings, Channels, Variables, Variable Preview, Templated Values — callout-only; no editing is possible
• Variable Sets — adding and removing variable sets is blocked
• Releases — new releases can be created but an error banner is shown; variable snapshots don't show template deployment step names for step-scoped variables

Application engineers lose access to core workflows that depend and don't depend on the template deployment process. Callout messaging tells users to re-share the template from Platform Hub but doesn't indicate who can do that or how to request it, leaving them without a clear recovery path.

Solution

Improve guidance on pages that can't be made functional, and restore or partially restore function on those that can. This includes adding actionable copy so users know to re-share the template to restore function
