What happened?

When adding a new step, specifically the Terraform destroy step with incomplete data, the commit/save to GIT fails with a HTTP 400 and I'm presented with a completely useless error message

It doesn't tell me what's wrong or what I'm missing.

Reproduction

• In a project using Config-As-Code, add a new Destroy Terraform step
• Fill in some info, but not all
• Hit save/commit
