Live status environment order on product dashboard does not match the release grid

When viewing the live status of a deployed application, the order of the environments sometimes do not align with the environments in the deployment grid.

Its therefore easy to confuse what the status of an environment is when comparing release state with live state.

Fix added to align the environments with at least the first channel/lifecycle. While this may result in environments in other channels appearing at the end of the live status environment list, at least this should make it more likely to align with the default lifecycle.
