deployment target commands crash for AWS ECS targets

The bug

Running deployment-target view or deployment-target list where the target is AWS ECS will cause the CLI to crash

Command to reproduce

octopus deployment-target view "aws ecs" -f basic -s default

Outcome

panic: runtime error: invalid memory address or nil pointer dereference
[signal SIGSEGV: segmentation violation code=0x2 addr=0x18 pc=0x10341ee9c]
