risk exposure incorrect display.

The risk exposure field is set to display as 'decimal'. so rather 9 it displays as 0.09 (probability 3 x impact 3 = 9). This also displays incorrectly on the Project Accelerator Power BI Report and impacts the visualisation.

However the calculation - which appears to be done in Dynamics 365 - looks ok.

Am I to understand that to correct this we would need to create our own solution in Power Apps?
