APT to fetch all the rooms/resources from exchange

It seems getRoomLists() will retrieve only the RoomLists which are created in an exchange. Roomlists are different from Rooms. They are essentially just special distribution groups within Exchange that only contain meeting room objects. They are used to help staff filter rooms based on criteria like location or room type.
It is not common to configure Room Lists on exchanges. Does anyone know of an API which can help fetch meeting rooms ?

It's easy to do this with LDAP queries if you have AD access. Or Powershell. I don't think there is any option without these
