Please add the support for Export Item API

Is this even implemented in the .NET API? It wasn't last I knew, but that may have changed. The Export Item will just return a huge Base64 string containing all properties of an item, if I'm not mistaken. You'd need to be able to extract all of the properties from that binary data to make any use of it. This can be done (I built something similar a while back to extract properties from the forward recipients binary property), but it's not trivial, and to fully implement such a system would require some significant and potentially confusing changes to the API, ie, the recipients table would have extra properties not available in the vanilla API calls, which might mean extending various objects (ie, Attendees) to hold these various properties. Simply building in support for the call to return the binary data wouldn't be difficult, but would seem like a pretty half-baked solution. The fully-baked solution would require considerably more work.
