My Documentation Project

This project is designed to document teaching sessions and chapters effectively using GitHub Pages. Below is an overview of the project structure and how to set it up.

Getting Started

To get started with this documentation project, follow these steps:

  1. Clone the Repository Clone this repository to your local machine using:

    git clone <repository-url>
    
  2. Install MkDocs Ensure you have Python and pip installed, then install MkDocs using:

    pip install mkdocs
    
  3. Run the Documentation Locally Navigate to the project directory and run:

    mkdocs serve
    

    This will start a local server at http://127.0.0.1:8000/ where you can view the documentation.

  4. Deploy to GitHub Pages To deploy the documentation to GitHub Pages, push your changes to the main branch. The GitHub Actions workflow will automatically build and deploy the documentation.
