added DistIncomingSpikesFromModel (to compare with DistIncomingSpikes using the pre spikes and the synapse count pdf) changed how DistIncomingSpikes is calculated (before it was only an outer product, now it's the PDF of the n-th sum of a random variable (here n is the number of synapses and the random variable is the pre spikes)
