fixed error: needed to round the incoming spikes which are calculated by approximating a binomial distribution with a normal distribution (you have to round the normal distribution values!)
- imporved code structure and logging/printing - found new problem with model reduction if p is small and n is large - started to find a better approximation of the binomial distribution
continue regress mean shift std scale
- ask whether to delete the existing folder
