NVIDIA Ansel AI Enhancer v1.2.1

Changes:

• Changed transparency removal method to be MUCH faster (about x12 times faster).

Note: this build is just so users could use the new method and wait less.
it is recommanded to check if the main release has newer version as it will be included in next build(past version 1.2).
