Adding files to all the datasets

Every Datasets should contain the file list with the corresponding extension:

• Implement this for ArrayExpress and GEO
• Implement this for PRIDE, PeptideAtlas and Massive.
• Implement this for MetabolomeWorkbench and Metaboligths.
