Document the pip install and the release pipeline
The suite is published as a single wheel on PyPI, so the Installation page now
opens on the choice between pip and a clone, and describes the extras and the
one caveat: cadquery is installed from git in aaa_requirements.txt because no
PyPI release carries the OCP build the STEP reader needs, and a wheel may not
declare a URL, so the cad extra takes the PyPI release instead.
Contributing: aaa_requirements.txt is generated and must not be edited by hand,
plm is bumped on every commit because its version is the package version, and a
v19.0.* tag is what publishes.

Update the wiki to the current 19.0 branch
The dead v15 demo host, the inverted licence split, the pre-commit hooks that
no longer exist and the missing Docker images and plm_demo module.
- Docker: new page for the ghcr.io/omniagit/odooplm images and the Compose
stack, full and slim, with their demo tags
- Home: Docker quick start, the demo moved to v19.odooplm.cloud, licence in
one line, three getting-started paths instead of one
- Installation: Docker as the alternative to the addons path, base64io moved
off the core module, stock_account added to the dependency list, plm_demo
- Modules-Reference: licence rewritten (plm LGPL-3, the other 35 AGPL-3),
plm_demo documented, per-module python dependencies
- Contributing: the hooks that actually run, and the mandatory version bump
- CAD-Client-Setup, FAQ, User-Guide, sidebar, footer: same corrections
