- Created dashboard.html using TailwindCSS for the Command Center UI.
- Wired dashboard_home view to /dashboard/ URL.
- Created partials/bug_rows.html for HTMX table rendering.
- Implemented hx-get polling every 3 seconds for real-time status updates.
- Tested and verified live Red-to-Green UI transitions via Django Admin.

Only the pycache and the sqllite database differences caused the merge conflict
For future- added pycache files to the .gitignore and used my current sqllite database as there were no changes on the database from aditya's side
He only added the UI
