Split single-stream compressors out of the archive plugin into a dedicated compression plugin, move hash/checksum tools out of the filesystem plugin into a hash plugin, and add new plugins for crypto, database and editor command classes. Adds the corresponding KnowledgeCategory values and registers/exports the new plugins. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
