Adds the
--allow-dirtyflag to the finalatupabinary publication step.Since the Studio assets are generated on-the-fly during the build process and copied into the crate,
cargo publishrequires this flag to proceed with uncommitted changes. This is necessary for including the visual profiler in the crates.io package.
