Main changes explained:

• Added Navigation to Event Database Design in Community Portal
• Navigation added in the Activity Dropdown visible on the header.

How to test:

1. check into current branch
2. do npm install and npm run start:local to run this PR locally
3. Clear site data/cache
4. login as any user
5. go to dashboard→ https://localhost:5173/communityportal
6. Click on the Activity Dropdown and check for the Event Database Design
7. Check if Event Database Design navigates to communityportal/database/design
8. Check in both light and dark modes.
