As a keyboard case designer, I would like to provide a case for the Quacken where the USB port is tightly protected and where the BOOTSEL button can still be activated with a needle.
Using the KiCad desing file could work, but I think it should be done the other way round: these positions should be defined in the FreeCAD file, then imported in the KiCad design, like the rest of the outline. That would allow to ensure the mechanical compatibility with future revisions or variants of the current keyboard.
