Minor: Time shown during event creation is in 12h, summary shows 24h

Describe the bug
When creating a new event (e.g. scheduled maintenance) the time to set is in 12h format (e.g. 03:00 PM).
The summary page at the end shows the selected time in 24h format (e.g. 15:00).
