Hi everyone,
I am closely following the development of the MT7902 driver to get it working on Linux.
I successfully managed to compile and run the Bluetooth drivers (btusb.ko and btmtk.ko) from the repository on my system. Bluetooth is now working correctly.
However, I was unable to get the MT7902 Wi-Fi driver working. I followed the instructions in the README.md and compiled the modules from linux-6.14/drivers/net/wireless/mediatek/, but the Wi-Fi interface does not appear and I cannot load the module successfully.
Has anyone managed to get the Wi-Fi driver working? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I am wondering if in the near or distant future the Linux kernel will support the MT7902 Wi-Fi chip natively. I would expect it should, since the Mediatek MT7921 is already fully supported, and I understand the MT7902 is a newer version than the MT7921.
Thank you!
