Fix notebook guest CTA styling

Summary

• Align the upload document and guest upload login buttons with the compact primary add-source confirm button style.
• Replace the guest chat composer textarea with a single Log in to start CTA.
• Add regression coverage for source CTA styling, guest chat composer behavior, and workspace guest wiring.
