Added some dependencies (that somehow dropped out of the pyproject.toml)
Seems that
uv syncis adding some transitive dependencies (e.g. things likepyyaml,requests) - so wasn't picked up in uv workflow (.. but also not sure whypyyamlwasn't already there).
