The step-3 URL hardcodes AppID= as empty, so users who follow the guide verbatim can land on a generic/create view instead of the selected app’s detail page where their real APP ID and Access Token are shown. In that case they cannot complete step 4 without guessing how to navigate manually, which defeats this “simple setup” flow.
