Board v0.9 pre-order interest: assembled or PCB only?

Board v0.9 is coming. It will be offered two ways:

• Fully assembled board: the surface-mount parts are already soldered.
• Bare PCB only: you source the parts and solder them yourself.

There is no price or date yet, and nothing to pay for. This thread is only an interest list so we can see what people want.

Reply with which you would want (assembled or PCB only), and how many. The first dev boards (hardware v0.1) are still being brought up; v0.9 follows what we learn from them.
