Removed Quickstart menu guide and comodo option from projects dropdown
Replaced links for MMS and MDK on projects dropdown and on main page
Removed links for view editor on main page and projects dropdown
Moved cookbooks page to wiki (relinked cookbooks dropdown and Thirty Meter Telescope on home page) https://github.com/Open-MBEE/open-mbee.github.io/wiki/Models-and-Cookbooks
Modified all pages on wiki (Models and Cookbooks, Contribute, Participate, Publications, Community Publications, OpenMBEE Publications) to include back arrows that redirect to OpenMBEE website
Also reorganized project files - the pages that are currently being used are still in pages, and I moved a couple so they're associated with the correct dropdown. The rest of the pages that aren't being referenced in the website currently (some have been moved to the wiki) are now in the folder unused-pages. All the headers with the html page reference have been commented out so the pages can't be found by someone typing in html pages as part of the link.
