Open-Paws/graze-cli (an OpenCode fork) is being deleted. The OPENCODE.md overlay still applies to OpenCode itself; just strip the graze-cli mention from the file-description column in the index table.

docs/CLAUDE.mdanddesloppify/data/global/CLAUDE.mdare kept in sync by design (the latter is the distributed copy). Updated both.Issue tracking is disabled on the Open-Paws/desloppify fork — filing without a Closes ref.
