It looks like this is getting thrown whenever wpilib attempts to print out

PWM Channel N ... Output not updated often enough.

in gradle simulation or verify

it can be reproduced (on my machine at least) with this code: https://github.com/Retro3223/robot2016/tree/sim_uhoh
